At the facilities of the golf course in Valley, large-scale terrain changes were necessary. This resulted in the possibility of re-applying lean sites with species-rich and flower-rich seed mixtures, so to speak to start at zero.

Many of the newly constructed areas have now developed magnificently. They impress with seasonal changing and partly impressive flowering aspects. Even the Feldlerche (bird), almost lost in the county, again finds excellent living conditions in the area of the Golf Valley. Some will feel reminded by the characteristic singing of the bird on their youth days.
And in the coming years other endangered animal species will settle on the meager meadows and gravel heaths and find permanent survival possibilities here.

For the quality of habitats, it is crucial that they remain open and exposed to the wind. Woody plants can have a negative impact on quality.
The meadows and gravel heaths also form a pleasant contrast to the intensively used playgrounds and enrich the landscaping immensely.
My conclusion: The golf course valley proves a successful integration of nature conservation goals into the golf course planning, taking advantage of the special conditions, is innovative and exemplary.
